As always I’ve plenty lined up – travels around the UK and worldwide, concerts, events, get-togethers – but the main news is that I’m back at work writing again, after a break of 5 years. In fact, I’ve just finished my first story of the year. And with a scene that sent an absolute chill through me. After years of doubt - and indeed, at times, certainty that it was all over - it feels pretty good. There will be a new book published late in 2027, but more on all that nearer the time.
